Please read this document carefully. It contains important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.

TradeNet Classics Rules

By listing your Classic for sale through TradeNet Classics, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) the Classic you list for sale is in your possession; (b) you have the right to transfer the advertised Classic's title to the purchaser; (c) you are willing to sell the advertised Classic at the price and on any other terms specified in your listing; (d) you will purchase only one listing per unique Classic and you will not advertise more than one Classic in a single listing, either by including descriptions of multiple cars in one listing or by subsequently updating the listing information to advertise different Classics; (e) upon selling or otherwise taking your Classic off the market, you will within hours delete the listing for that Classic; (f) you will not use your listing to advertise or promote anything (including, without limitation, any product, service or business) other than one unique Classic offered for sale; (g) except as provided in TradeNet Classics current Refund Policy, you owe TradeNet Classics for the listing, even if you fail to sell your Classic or are dissatisfied with the service; (h) you will properly identify yourself as either an “Individual Seller" or a “Dealer"; (i) if you placed a listing with a material error that cannot be corrected through the TradeNet Classics tools, you will contact TradeNet Classics customer service 10 days of your original listing date to inquire about making material changes to your listing (e.g., through a typographical error, you listed the wrong model for sale) and TradeNet Classics shall determine, in its sole discretion, whether such changes will be permitted; (j) you will not use the TradeNet Classics site, including without limitation your listing, for any fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive activity; (k) all content and information that you provide to TradeNet Classics is truthful, accurate and complete; and (l) you have the full right, title and interest in and to all content, photos and other material that you provide to, or post on, TradeNet Classics; (m) photos provided for the listing will only show the Classic listed for sale and may not include under any circumstances people, animals, or other objects not part of the Classic. TradeNet Classics reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any listing or photo, without notice and without liability or providing a refund, that does not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

TradeNet Classics Listing Packages and Duration

TradeNet Classics offers various listings packages. Features included with each listing package vary depending on the market and price of the ad package that you have selected. All TradeNet Classics ad packages have a listing duration of 180 days. TradeNet Classics may choose at its own discretion to list a Classic on its website until sold.

General Limitations

At this time, listings can only be created for the Classics and models specifically identified in the TradeNet Classics drop-down menus. You are solely responsible for the information, content, and photos contained within your listings. TradeNet Classics listings only contain the features expressly indicated. In some cases, different features are available to other advertisers that are not available to you. Listings may not appear on the TradeNet Classics site for up to 72 hours. TradeNet Classics DOES NOT MAKE AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES TO YOU REGARDING THE LISTING, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES THAT YOU WILL SELL YOUR Classic, OBTAIN AN ACCEPTABLE PRICE FOR YOUR Classic, ONLY RECEIVE LEGITIMATE INQUIRIES OR SOLICITATIONS FROM QUALIFIED BUYERS, OR RECEIVE ANY INQUIRIES REGARDING YOUR Classic FOR SALE.

TradeNet Classics reserves the right to, but is under no obligation to and does not assume any obligation to, review listings before and/or after they are posted to the site to confirm information relating to the advertiser and the advertised Classic and to investigate complaints and suspicious activity. If TradeNet Classics determines, in its sole and exclusive discretion, that you are engaging in any unfair, deceptive, false, misleading or fraudulent practices, TradeNet Classics reserves the right to reject or immediately remove your listing from the TradeNet Classics site without notice and without liability or providing a refund, as described above.

TradeNet Classics Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 24 hours of placing your ad if TradeNet Classics fails to post your listing or your Classic was sold privately. To request a refund, please email refunds@sellernetworks.com and include your name, email address, phone number, ad ID, Classic description, the last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase the listing, and the reason you are requesting a refund. If the listing was sold privately within the first 24 hours, also include a notarized bill of sale.

TradeNet Classics reserves the right to make refunds at any time in connection with cases of fraud, abuse, and in other limited instances. Notwithstanding anything in this policy to the contrary, TradeNet Classics reserves the right to finally determine in its sole discretion whether the criteria for a refund set forth in this policy have been satisfied and to request any additional information relevant to such request.

TradeNet Classics is not responsible for refund requests that are not timely received in accordance with this policy for any reason, including without limitation, Web congestion, addressing mistakes, computer or Internet downtime, or requests submitted by phone, postal mail, or any other manner not expressly provided for in this policy.
